What to include

None of this needs to be exact, and none of it needs to be sent as data yet — a description is enough to scope the work and to tell you whether the feasibility assessment is worth buying.

Cell chemistry, format and nominal capacity, with silicon content if you know it.
What the data is: laboratory aging campaign, characterization tests, field data from deployed units, or a mix.
Roughly how many cells, how many cycles, and at what sampling rate.
Which cycler or logger produced it, and in what export format.
The decision the analysis has to support — a passport filing, an estimator that is drifting, a supplier claim you need checked, a design choice between chemistries.
Your deadline, if there is one.

None of this is needed for a first call — it is what makes the second one useful.

Confidentiality

How your data is handled

If you want an NDA, send yours or ask for mine, and it is signed before any data moves. If your legal team is content without one, that is fine too — it is your decision, not a hoop I make you jump through.
Nothing from your data, and nothing identifying your cells, appears in any publication or talk without your written agreement.
You own the deliverable and any analysis specific to your cells. I retain my pre-existing methods, tooling and published work.
Data is held only for the duration of the engagement and deleted on request afterwards, with written confirmation.

Based in: Yerevan, Armenia — UTC+4 European working hours overlap in full, American mornings and Asian evenings.
Languages: English, Italian, Russian Reports are written in English, if not differently agreed.
Engagements: Remote and data-only No cells are shipped, which keeps dangerous-goods transport, customs and transit liability out of the arrangement.
Invoicing: From Armenia, in euro Services exported from Armenia are zero-rated for VAT; EU business clients account for VAT under the reverse charge.
Availability: A small number of engagements at a time The earliest realistic start date is given in reply to any enquiry, rather than promised in advance here.
